ASP Question

I just bought a site it was zipped up to me and when I went to upload it I realised it was coded in asp. I have absoultely no knowledge on asp. If I get a host that supports asp then do I need to know any information to upload it and it to be a working site?

I know in PHP and CGI there are certain ways to upload the files to the server such as chmoding it. Is there anything special that I need to know? Also I'm looking for a low cost host to host this site. I already have three web hosting accounts for my multiple sites but they don't offer asp.
