[CS3] FLV To EXE?

This should be pretty simple, but I just don't know how to do it...

I have a .flv file and I need to turn it into a .exe file. I've never worked with .flvs in any form at all in Flash, so I'm pretty lost as to what to do. Any detailed info (or a link to a resource) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!...
