Confused?

Hello, I'm making a DVD presentation in flash. It will have a left side navigation that goes from page to page of the disc when clicked. Only thing i dont know how to do is make it switch pages when the buttons are clicked. Since it's not on the web and i can't make it jump to a specific url, i need to know how to get it to jump from page to page on the disc. Would this be scenes. I'm VERY new to actionscripting and need this spelled out really slow. The quicker you can help the better because I have a deadline of "today".....lol
