Help...urgent

i need a little help with a movie i've been working on. i'm doing it in Flash MX. it's 5 scenes and a preloader. each of the 5 scenes have a separate 45-60 second sound clips with the animation synced to the sound. (it's a voiceover). i need to know how to preload the movie so that it looks the same across all connections and platforms. the problem i'm running into is that it preloads, but then the animation still gets behind while it's playing. i'm not sure what to do. i've tried so many different things that i'm pulling my hair out trying to get this done. my deadline for this project is the end of the week....please help. if you want to email me privately my email address is biscuet@gmail.com
