How Do I Do This

Hey look at this website they used flash in. I' trying to make a website based on this idea. I put my own picture and made it open up into another logo and i hyper linked it. But i made is so that the image will split open automatically how do i do it so that when i put my mouse there it will open. Also click on the jordan in the middle im trying to take this idea as well. Im going to add more boxes and put different pictures but how do i do is so that when i put my mouse over a picture it will flip over i know how to make it flip over but not to do it my putting the mouse over it http://www.nike.com/jumpman23/home/index.jsp
