In The Name Of Gihena, HELP ME

OK, for the last 2 hours I've been trying to fix a positioning problem as well as a button problem. Probably really simple to fix, which is why it is aggravating me sooo much. Positioning problem: whenever i move my movie clip around (which constitutes nearly the entire scene), I position it in the place that I want...however when I go to preview/publish, the movie clip appears in the top right corner. Button problem: i've got about 8 buttons on a single layer that need to open a picture directory in the same folder as the .swf. I've typed in "foldername/filename" and various other combinations. None of them seems to work. Here's the actionscript:
