Is It Possible ?

Hi friends,
I have given a link on a button which is opening a link in a browser window.

Problem is that currently browser window is being open behind the exe or my projector.....I want that when open link it should open over the exe and not behind of it.......but as i open the link it opens behind the exe.

have any solution of this problem.....plz help me.
