Is It Possible?

I know a dynamic textfield populated with an external html file can invoke flash actions. But I need to have a scrolling list populated with html text that can control the movie. More detail: I have an flv player. I have a dynamic text field with html track names. How do I make it so the track names can load a new movie when clicked? I know it can be done. Something in the <a href> tag?
