Is There Any Way To Do This?

ok so i've got this menu-like thing. There are three folder like objects that are identical and are laid out. Then there is a movie-button. When you press the button it changes frames within itself, and while doing that when you click it, it makes the folders overlap. Then if you press it a again it goes back the original frame and makes the folders not to overlap. I know it's confusing but if you could help me the .fla file is in here Plzlzlzz help!
