Need Some Help With Web Nav

Need someone to help me out here.
My .fla file is too big to attach so I posted a link to grab it off my current page.

As you will see when you look at the file, I put each page in a seperate frame to make it a little easier for me to move around. But there's still no navigation in it.

As it is I could just jump frame to frame for the pages, but I'm not sure how I'll be able to navigate the individual clips if that's all I do.

what I want it to do is be compressed down to 1 frame on the main timeline, and when you click on the different buttons on the menu it will play the respective MC. I want to then be able to navigate the MC the same way I would navigate the main timeline. Later I want to add a fade in/out for each page too, so some help on that would be good.

Now, the madden MC has it's own menu, so I want the main menu to unload and play the madden menu MC along with the madden MC. And when you click "home" on the madden menu I want it to go back to the main page and unload the madden menu and reload the main menu.

it's around 700k but the .swf it's creating is only 200k
