OS 10 Problem

So I FINALLY upgraded from OS 9 to OS 10, My Flash 5 wouldn't work at all even in Classic. Bought MX and it will open most sites but not a couple. The ones it opens it calls Flash Documents - the ones it won't open it calls Shockwave Flash Movie. They all are saved the same: .mov

I tried downloading the files from the server but it just opens up in Quicktime - same for my backup...

Any suggestions? I don't want to do these over!!
