Please Help

I'm trying to export a flash movie to Quicktime (I have version 6) but Flash is telling me that I don't have the right handlers, any ideas??
Trust me, any help with this problem, I'll be indeted to u, its for my degree, and the due in date is approaching a little to quickly for my liking!!!!
