To Get Qualigy

Hi,I am New to Flash Media Server... Experimenting to create a live cast, using flash media server..can anyone know' what is the minimum bandwidth required to get a good quality stream..in viewer end...is there any way to get good quality video in 256 kbps.expecting help from developersthanks amar
