Is This Possible?

Hi,i am making a VJ application in flash. i was wondering if this might be possible to achieve:- point a webcam at at a marked out square on desk.- setup motion dectection so when the user moves their hand they move a animation in the same directionso it would be like a visual scratch pad.cheers,G
