Plz Plz Help Urgent

i need to make a dragging mc that actually follows the mouse at a slower speen rather than dragging it, lets put it this way (its just an example, now aht im making)...theres a bomb chasing the cursor and they have to run away, but the bomb isnt 'on' the cursor', just follows at a slow speed...plz? anyone?
