Where To Find A Good Reference?
Does anybody recognize this code? I've successfully compiled with a tool I found called

Where To Find Good Freelance Flashers?
hi,
I'm looking for a talented Flash illustrator/animator to do an animated movie for me. I've posted my project on a few of the freelance everything sites like scriptlance but from what I've seen so far I'm not optimistic I'll find anybody talented enough to do the movie to my satisfaction. Where Can I Find A Good And Free Image Fader Applet?
I want to spice up the site I'm maintaining with an image banner placed at the top, next to the title.
I want this banner to simply show a number of historical images, with one image slowly dissolving into the next, to signal that this site is about history.
What I had in mind, was a simple - and free - flash applet for this effect.
I have been looking in a lot of places to find something like this, but without much luck. There are some tools around which can do the trick, but none are for free, and many are way too advanced for what I need.
The site I maintain is noncommercial/educational, so I need to find something which is free of charge, and without catches (such as shareware notices in unfriendly places - since the banner is gonna be part of my site's front title they will look quite out of place)
Can anyone recommend a freeware tool which might help, or an applet which can be used to do this?
I know nothing about Flash or Javascript or anything outside the scope of basic html and php, so I need something readycooked, if I can find it.

Where Can I Find This Tutorial?

[mx] Cant Find Tutorial...
I wanted to add a self-drawing line to my page but the only types of tutorials I can find in that category make the user draw the line themselves. Does anyone know where that tutorial is that explains how to coordinate the line? Or do I just use tweens and transforms? I'm sure there was a tutorial that make it look a lot smoother with the final product. Hmmmm...... Let me know if you know of the one I'm talking about.

An Old Post Or Tutorial I Now Can't Find...HELP
Ok, the other day I was poking around looking for something to learn, and as usuall I found more than I could handle and got sidetracked. In the meantime I didn't bookmark some of the great stuff I came across.
So there was this tutorial that had three or four pictures on the stage. Let's stay they were stacked on one another sort of like if you dropped a few polaroids on the table. Then when you clicked on any given one it would be brought to the foreground. Then you could drag that one away and click on another buried one and bring that to the foreground.
Any Ideas???
I'm 99% positive it was on Kirupa (since this is the only tutorial site I go on) and I'm pretty sure it was in the action script tutorials.
Anyway, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I can't seem to find any good tutorials for collision detection other then hittest. I want to have balls fall and continue to land on top of each other. I have the gravity working but all the examples of circular colisions have very...very little actual comments.. Any sugestions?

Hey to all you flash freaks ... anyway i got a problem and i need a solution and i think this is the place to find it ...
Ok i am in the middle of making a website for a clan i am in, we play an online game called Strike Force (nough bout that) Anyway i am makin a flash menu and i've stumbled across a blank spot in my knowledge of flash.
ok the menu has a heading (General Section) with 6 flash buttons under it(got that part so far) then it has another heading (Games Section) then it should have 3 buttons under it (this is the part i dunno how to do) the 3 buttons (when u put u'r mouse over 1 of em) 5 sub-menu buttons should extend downwards and the other buttons below it move down aswell ... how do you do it?
I've downloaded some menus like it to try and get an idea but i don't get it ... i need a good tutorial i can use to start from scratch to make it and add it to my existing menu i have please help me ...
