Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended Trial
I've recently downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended. When I select the trial period for 30 days instead of buying the product, it says that Adobe cannot continue and it's having trouble loading the trial. I reinstalled it and restarted my computer, like it said, and nothing worked.

I installed Photoshop CS3 Trial and whenever I run it and choose to begin my trial period I get the following error message: "Problem with Trial - problem loading trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and even ran the Adobe CS3Clean Script but nothing seems to help. I should note I never installed any earlier version of Photoshop on my system (I use a fresh copy of Windows XP with only a few programs installed).

The installation installed Photoshop CS4, Adobe media, adobe air, Bridge etc but failed to install other components such as language pack. I have been using Photoshop Elements 4 until I just purchased Photoshop CS3 Extended. In Photoshop Elements 4 there is a selection brush, enabling you to make pixel by pixel selection (if desired). There seems to be NO counterpart in CS3 - - which seems impossible for so powerful a program. In that most of my work involves selecting very precise points of 1 or 2 pixels, how can this be done?

I just bought adobe photoshop cs4 extended from a large retail computer store.I had the trial version of photoshop cs4 extended.I uninstalled the trial version and installed from dvd.I got a Invalid serial number error.I am sure there was a software configuration problem .To fix this The reason ,the disk needs to verfy that you have the original disk,If that happens ,After installation ,Just delete this file C:Program FilesCommon FilesAdobeAdobe PCDcachecache.db This is the location where it installed the serial . After deleteing it will create a new cache.db file and store the serial there that goes with that disk . When you open PS cs4 it will ask to enter serial again.Just enter the serial again that came with box.

CS4 Extended Trial Error
before i installed the CS4 trial, i uninstalled all previous photoshop versions that were on my computer(cs2,3). but when i open photoshop cs4, it doesnt even start to open. all i get is an error reading "licensing for this product has stopped working" and it says that i must restart my computer before launching, which i did. it's the same error every time. i have a windows xp home edition 32 bit.512 Mb of RAM.

CS3 Extended Trial When CS3 Installed
I am wanting to trial CS3 extended on a system which already has CS3 installed. When I download the trial it does not attempt to install CS3 extended as a separate application but merely "repairs" the existing CS3 installation and does not give me an opportunity to trial CS3 extended! How can I get CS3 extended trial to install as an additional but entirely seperate application? To add a further complication the system is a windows 64bit. The current cs3 is installed but does not take advantage of 64 bit features and installs as a 32 bit application in C:Program Files(86). I understand CS3 extended is meant to take advantage of 64 bit so clearly a seperate install into C:Program Files is needed. The whole purpose of the trial is to see how well CS3 extended takes advantage of the Windows 64 bit OS.

Does the trial version provide full 3d tool capabilities? Before downloading over 800 MB and using even more space for installation, it would be great to know! :P (I am only intererested in upgrading from CS3 for the ability to paint 3d models). I searched Adobe's site extensively to see if the trial has "full" features or limitations, but it mentions neither.

No Magic Wand Tool In Adobe CS 4 Trial Version
I am currently using Adobe CS4 trial version, and I have to complete one small project by the end of this weekend. For this project, I need to use the Magic Wand Tool which I cannot find in Adobe CS 4 trail version. Anyone has had similar experience? Also, my refine edges tool seems not to be functioning properly. It does not save any changes to the object after clicking "OK". I have no idea what is going on. I am pretty new to Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Extended -- All Or Nothing
gave me a Adobe Extended premium Suite, and I installed it, all 400+ Meg. When I looked at un-installing some of the many included programs (Dreamweaver, etc) a message said that if I uninstalled any, then none would work properly. Photoshop is really all I need. I have 320G memory, but I'm concerned this huge program might be slowing the system.

Can't Extract The Photoshop CS4 Trial...
i downloaded the Photoshop CS4 trial version with the help of the Akamai download manager and now i have some trouble to extract the archive. I tried it with the Adobe extractor, with 7-Zip and Win-Rar, but i always get the message that some files (about ~500 files) are corrupted.I downloaded the trial version (archive size 857MB) about 4 or 5 times from the Adobe website, but i always have the same problem. I can't extract the archive properly.

Photoshop CS4 Trial Version Install...
I've downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CS4 Extended. When I click the setup.exe it starts running and works until it reaches the loading setup menu. Then a error pops up. The title of the message box is "Windows Internet Explorer" and the message is "Critical errors were found in setup." And it also said to look in the setup log. The log file contained this message " FATAL Critical errors were found in setup TypeError:'undefined' is null or not an object" I'm using XP (SP3) and my computer is well above the minimum requirements.

GIF Img In Photoshop CS3 Extended
My problem is the famous white line around my Gif image. I run a website for moms and women in general basically. I am making glitter graphics with my members children's names. I guess for assistance I will need to explain how I made it so I will do so now... First I made my basic design. I made it on a transparent background. It included a small pink text line with a 2pt stroke in white. Underneath that I made the name text line. It consist of a patterned stoke. To the left of all that was an image.. edited, no special effects. I then, satisfied, duplicated it 3 times. I added a different pattern overlay to all 3 saved them as PNGs and closed them. I them reopened them and placed all 3 together as layers and put that through the animation feature. I saved it as "Save for Web and Devices" as a GIF. Now it looks absolutely beautiful on a white background. Just as I wanted. Some of you may not think much of it but it is exactly what a wanted. UNTIL I saw it on a page with a dark background... and there it was! The dreaded yet famous white line.

Photoshop CS3 Extended Keyboard...
I installed the CS3 Master Collection that included Photoshop CS3 Extended. I've used Photoshop for going on a decade and I find the CTRL+ALT+I keyboard shortcut really handly to pop open the Image Size window. Now, in this new version (don't after a clean format, reinstall of my XP OS) the shortcut no longer works. I check and it still has CTRL+ALT+I listed next to Image Size in the drop down menu as the proper keys, but it does not work.

I downloaded a trial version of Photoshop CS4 extended here in adobe.com but when i tried to launch it, it says "Licensing for this product has expired."I don't know why this is happening. This happened twice already. The 1st time that the message ("Licensing for this product has expired.") appeared, I tried to uninstall Photoshop CS4 and re-install it again. But after re-installing it, the message appeared again. It dissapoints me. Could it be because of the keygen I used? Cause I just downloaded some keygen in the internet and when the program asks for a serial number I used the keygen. But after the next day, it says that the serial number of this product has expired so I took another serial number in the keygen and so on. I don't want to buy the serial number online because its expensive and our country is not listed in the store listings.

I did a search with little success, but I picked up a couple of copies of Windows 7 Release Copy today at a tech expo and was wondering if anyone had had a chance to try it out. One of the IT guys I know has been running the Beta for a while and loves it, but I'm curious about how many people may have tried it with Photoshop and Illustrator. Adobe Photoshop Elements ?
I run across the Adobe photoshop Elements 6. It was not a bad price I guess. Around $ 100.00. But anyway I was wondering if any of you have used it. Or know how it might compare to other Photoshops,like CS3 & etc. I am not trying to be a professional at it. But I kind of like being a little creative with pictures and etc. I know most of the basis of photoshop,like croping,changing resolutions,adjusting and etc. I am fair. But like to get my own program so I can study and do more. Maybe doing layers, watermarks ,transparencies etc. Do you think Elements 6 is a good program to start out with. Will it do most things a beginner will be happy with. I figured I may start out with some small version of Photoshop then maybe in a year if things go right jump up to the more pro versions of Photoshop.like CS3.Do you think most stuff can be done using the elements 6 version.

After 30 minutes or so, the installer finished and simply said that shared components had installed but the Photoshop CS3 Component install failed. I always got in the log Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC,version="8.0.50727.163",type="win32",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information This, I know, is everyones typical problem. I turned off firewall and antivirus. Adobe Photoshop CS3 MSI Error
I have been getting the wierd error when I try to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 using the MSI package that I created. Could not write value data to key SOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionScheduleHandshake{GUID}. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personel. This error happens regardless of who is trying to install the MSI pacakage (regular account or Administrator). I even tried to give explicit permission to the regkey, however OS prevents me to do so.

Adobe Photoshop CS3 Beta
I have installed the beta for Photoshop CS3 and love, it is a lot faster then CS2 on my Mac Intel, but anyways I have a little bug. When I use the brush tool it only show the little cross to identify my position. In CS2 and all previous photoshop versions you got this by activating the Caps lock function, but here weather it be activated or no I get the cross.

How To Deploy Adobe Photoshop CS4...
I used Creative Suite 4 Deployment Toolkit to modify Adobe CS4 installation. Installation works like a charm. I have disabled auto updates in the installation of CS4. My problem is now finding guide or information how to deploy updates. I have downloaded: Adobe Photoshop CS4 11.0.1 update - multiple languages from adobe.com. Unpacked the zip and I dont see any files that I can modify to install the upgrades in silent mode. There is one setup.exe and two MSI files. I tired looking at MSI files in Wise but there was very little there. Only information I could find was guide how to run silent updates for CS3, but I dont think its same for cs4.

I try to type in Adobe Photoshop CS it doesnt work. It would type before, but now it wont. I've tried looking in the text options, changing the colour, etc.. I had a grid on before, and now there is a 'Resolution' option I must fill in when creating a new image. I can open up a image I have saved to my computer, and put text on it. DULL Colors Only On Adobe Photoshop...
I decided to open up my Adobe photoshop CS2 for the first time, to do some photoshopping (also to see what adobe would look like on my new monitor) ...and when I opened the my adobe, a error message popped up saying something like "your monitor 'LG monitor L206WTQ' is defected ... ..." - Now because I wasnt too sure what the message mean't, I just closed the message window and continued to work on adobe - which actually seemed to be running fine - only untill i relized that I could not get the true color WHITE on my color palete!

Where Can I Report An Error In Photoshop To Adobe?
In version 7 of PS/Win I discovered an error which I have tried to report to Adobe. I haven't been able to find an actual error reporting formular on Adobe.com, but have sent in the report via a "feature request" kind of formular. Since I have never received an answer and since the error have not been corrected yet, I presume I have posted the report to the wrong people. I haven't been able to find anything about this error on the internet, so maybe it's still not known in the PS community?? Well, it's about renaming layers which position is not locked. If you use either CTRL to move the cursor to the next word of the layer name or CTRL-SHIFT to mark a word then the contents of the layer is moved.

Adobe CMM And Photoshop CS4 File Info...
I installed the Adobe Color Management Module when I opened the File Info dialog in Photoshop CS4,I got a blank black window. Same went for the Kuler window and other extensions under the Window menu. Other panels such as the palettes and toolbox were fine. I went through reset prefs,reinstalled PS,and reinstalled my video driver. Same problems. Uninstalled the Adobe CMM and the panels returned to normal.
