Does photoshop let you cut and paste from one pic to the next, like for example... cut out the head of a person on one photo and paste it on another photo?

How To Fix Photo Of Person With Too Much Reflection?
I have a picture of this person (wouldn't let me post their pic) that I'm trying to adjust in photoshop. It seems that the camera was a bit too close to the face and where the flash is reflected, there is a huge white area surrounded by lots of yellow and red (digital cam, btw). I'm finding it hard to adjust with levels and curves and such. Is there another way to target this shiny area of the face and tone down the brightness?

Sizing In Photo Shop To Fit Photo Size!
My print lab that I go through, to get my customers prints done, requests that all prints be sized to the size that the photo will be printed as. Example. If I want to print a 4x6 the lab requests I size the photo in photoshop to a 4x6 @ level 10JPEG and 300 Resolution. Regardless all photos will be level 10jpeg and 300 res. But my draw back is, is when I've done that in the past the end product comes out pixelated and fuzzy looking. 1. Open photo in Photoshop 2.click "Image" in top tool bar 3. click "Image Size" 4.change "pixels" to "inches" for both lenght and width (here is where my memory begins to fade) 5. I beleive when I change the first inch increment the number of inches below it automatically switch to it's needed adjusments. 6. I change the resolution to desired 7. click "ok" 8. Save as etc.

Photo From DVD
I've been asked by a work college if I can take an image of a deceased relative from a DVD and make a photograph of it for him. I've taken a photo from the TV screen but there are hundreds of diagonal lines coming down the image. I would never get a perfect image.

To make it easier to add photos I would like to insert those photoframes where you insert a photo and the photo automatically fits into the frame. Blurry Photo
I have a photo but it's pretty blurry. My SLR was set on Manual mode, and I went to take a photo, but the people moved, and it came out very blurry. Is there any way that I can make it less blurry so that I can print it out? I tried the unsharp mask, but after a couple of times it just looks strange. Maybe I wasn't doing it right, or there's another way?

Retouching A Photo
I'm retouching some old family photo's I'm able get rid of most of the scars and boost the colours of the old image as below:- old New there is quite a lot of green noise on the image. Particularly the sofa. See below:- I've run noise filters which can fix it a bit but to be honest it mainly just blurs the green into the black and makes the image that bit less sharp.

CS3 Photo Bin/Filmstrip?
The question is, is there a viewable photo bin or filmstrip available in CS3 and how do I get to see it? What I mean is, if I have two or three images open in Photoshop the only way I get to see which one's are open is to choose Window > View > Tile or Cascade images. Elements and Lightroom have a bin/filmstrip at the bottom of the screen in which all open images can be seen. Once again, apologies if I've explained this badly.

Textures - Is This A Photo Or Not?
I've been using photoshop for about a month now and i'm developing a pretty good basic knowledge of it. One thing that i dont understand are textures. I understand that you can create textures in photoshop using tools such as filters and that you can use the texturiser. Ive tried using the preset texturiser setting and ive loaded my own ( ive takenb pics of textures in the real world) and used them on objects but it just doesnt look right- the texture always seems 'behind' the colour of the object, if u know what i mean - and looks dead tacky ...

How Do I Get Photo Deluxe 3.1
I have recently upgraded my PC (used to have 98SE). Since then, I cannot get Photo Deluxe 3.1 to work I *DO NOT* want Photoshop - it's WAY WAY WAY too complicated for me.Photo Deluxe 3.1 was great, did everything I wanted it to do, and was so simple that even George W. Bush could work it. The features that I used are : * Allowing a print screen image to be pasted with CTRL+C* EASY cropping of photos* Wash out of photos (for back inlays of CD mixes - the back inlay was a washed out version of the front inlay, with text over the top)* BASIC, easy to do brightness & contrast controls* EXPORT - so I can export any image to almost any format, particularly JPG Ideally, I'd like to continue to use Photo Deluxe 3.1 If I REALLY must, I want a SIMPLE Photo Editor (IE, NOT Photoshop) that will do the things I did with Photo Deluxe.

Photo Sizing

Editing A Photo
I am trying to take this photo which has some nicks in it and touch it up. Specifically the areas in the bottom left where the floorboard, moldings join. As you can see it's pretty out of line. I don't have to get it perfect, but am trying to ensure it's not a noticeable glitch. I have about 5 of these I need to do, so any help as to if it's possible and how I can go about it would be great. Rotating A Photo
I'm using Photoshop Elements 2.0 I also have Photoshop 6.0 I'm trying to learn how to rotate a .jpeg photo without it losing proportion. I have a photo of a Santa that I carved and took the photo with the camera turned 90°. I'd like to rotate the photo so I can use it as an Avatar on a forum I'm in. However, when I rotate the photo 90° the image becomes narrower and longer. I'd like to retain the original proportion but don't know how to do this.

Sharpening A Photo

how do I manipulate it the various HTML galleries for automation? Is there anyone who knows if Adobe has ever published a manual describing the mysterious commands in the various HTML script files? I have been able to manipulate some of them but would like to explore some of the more intersting possibilities of automation using Web Photo Gallery. And for what it is worth I find that the HTML files in Web Photo Gallery are much more easy to use than the new Bridge Automatic Output Module. That applet has way to much Flash in it and is less customizable.

Making Most Of A Photo B&W?
using PS 5.0. trying to duplicate is to transform a photo to B&W and then recolor just the subject back to it's original color. I believe I used an eraser to get the color back but am at a loss. It's sort of like what you might see on a TV commercial.

Photo Stitching
took a huge number of pictures. I tried to take a sort of 'panoramic' picture by holding the camera steady and rotating it (just rotating the camera, not moving it's location or anything). I ended up with a whole bunch of photos and now I want to stitch them together. I have 3 photos that together cover the whole panorama I want to print out. So. I've played around a bit in Photoshop and I just can't seem to get it working. There is a bit of an overlap on each photo so my idea was to sort of choose what I wanted from each and use the eraser to give myself that effect. The problem is the perspective is screwy and it doesn't look quite right. I also have a problem with my camera in that the right side of the photo is considerably lighter than the left side, this doesn't matter for most photos but it's something I have to somehow deal with for this panorama.
