FORMgen - Form Generator & Content Manager

Every week Team FORMfields receives a request to build a Loan Application Form, Contact Us Form, Survey, etc... that sends the results to an email account and database. Now FORMgen gives people the ability to create these forms themselves and requires no programming experience whatsoever.
