Get phpBB topics as XML

This script is an add-on to the phpBB v2.x message board system. It uses the the phpBB database abstraction layer to get the information that it uses and is therefore compatible with any installation of phpBB. It gets the top x (you specify the x) number of recently updated topics and represents them as XML so you can use the data as you wish.
