funky topsites system

This is a free php-script which allows the webmaster to easily setup a top-sites-page
which displays websites of users ordered by rank. The rank is specified by how often other users vote
for the certain site. The users can put a small banner on their homepage so that the visitors can vote for this site.
The script provides anti cheating functionality.

The script requires mySQL and PHP 4.x and it's verry easy to install!
