Auto Scroller

This script which works in IE browsers only. If your mouse is over your status bar (bottom), title bar, etc, (top), your page will scroll. To stop it scrolling, just put your mouse anywhere in the page body. You are able to change the rate of scroll (IE: 25 pixels per second), and also the max page length before it goes back to the top and starts again.
