Site Support Robot

Site support robot is a quick method of offering assistance on your website. If your visitor has a question which cant be immediately answered, site support robot can be used to search for information. It relies on the site owner setting up help files (from the admin page) and keywords which the script uses to best match the help files to the search performed by the visitor. Historically speaking, SSR was not created to be a stand-alone application - rather it integrates into a community system that is currently being developed. However, it performs well and has been slightly altered to suit a stand alone application.
