Very Basic PHP Redirection Script 1.0

This script was born out of a frustration at not being able to find any halfway decent PHP link redirection scripts. Most of them required either possibly installing some SQL tables or editing a file for every link added. This script encodes URLs dynamically and on the fly, without any databases or external files.
