Splog is stand alone solution for generating automatic content and backlinks. Compared to other similar software it is not a plugin, but complete solution built execly for splogging and for nothing else. That makes it more powerfull then you can imagine. Splog is able to build huge number of linkbacks by sending trackbacks to other, regular, blogs and by sending pings to blog aggregators.
