This form utilizes a simple math question that needs to be solved before the email is sent. Unlike a captcha it is processed server side so hackers cant write a program to bypass it. These simple math questions are nothing more than a single digit added to another single digit. They are generated randomly and are easy for a human to solve, but because of the server side processing, combined with there random nature, they are road blocks for automated spam bots.
