DWsurvey is a PHP/MySQL/GD powered, automated, web based survey generation and analysis program.



From a web based administration area you can create and manage an unlimited number of surveys,questions and polls and generate online reports and graphs, formatted for easy printing.



You can also force questions to either be optional or required on a survey by survey or question to question basis.



The program can be intergrated into your own site design using databased templates.
