Dec 23, 2015I have a user that is testing out windows 10 and Acrobat DC keeps crashing when saving a.pdf. Tried different .pdf's same result. I have UN-installed dc and re-installed it and still same problem. I don't think this is a problem with Windows 10 as I have had this issue before in windows 7 as well. The only resolution so far is to put Acrobat 11 pro back on. Unfortunately our Manager want us to move toward DC.

Sep 6, 2015Most programs on my Adobe CS3 work just fine in Windows 10, but I'm having problems with Illustrator. The program will run, but I get an error message every time I try to open a file or start a new document. My error message says "The program has stopped working" and it forces me to close the program.
I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the entire Creative Suite, and filing a compatibility report, but nothing has worked so far. My mom is using the same user certificate on her Windows 10 machine and it works perfectly, but I haven't had any luck with my computer. What I can do?

Nov 13, 2015Working in AI 10.3 on a Mac, opened a file to update, Save, closed and later tried re-opening the file and got the following message: Can't open the illustration. The illustration contains an incomplete or garbled object description.

The same file will get the same message in AI CS on this or any other Mac in the office. Clicking the ok button will open the file but the is nothing shown in the window besides the basic AI screen.
(We are using AI 10 due to compatiblity issue between us and our vendors.) Is there away to repair this file or get the data out of it? This is a project that is still in progress.

Here are the Driver for the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 upgraded to Windows 10, but my Sound Card is the Audigy 4 Pro.: SBA4 SII PCDRV L02 3 01 0044.exe
But for the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 Pro, yet they are with older versions of drivers for Windows 7 and Windows Vista: SBAX PCDRV LB 2 18 0017.exe
Try to install the drivers for the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 "SBA4_SII_PCDRV_L02_3_01_0044.exe" but throws an error message that prevents hardware installation.
The Driver of the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 Pro. Not work well in Windows 10, new clean installation.
What I have to do? I do not want to miss this fantastic audio card!

Apps :: All Apps Menu Not Showing ANY Apps Installed On Machine
Dec 13, 2015I have had Windows 10 installed for about 4 months now and things have been going decent. A couple of days ago my system received a Windows 10 update that took about 2 hours and looked like it was installing Windows all over again (but it wasn't) and once this happened I couldn't find the Microsoft Edge application and the start button would not work at all. After doing a system restore to a date prior to the update things are back to "normal" except for this one problem.Currently my start menu does not show any Recently Used or Favorite Apps in it as shown below.If I select the All apps button it also shows nothing:
I made sure that all of the settings in order to see recently used apps and all my apps are correct as below are my settings:I have tried a couple of solutions that handled Cortana not searching for programs or "some" apps were missing from all apps but I have yet to find a solution to when absolutely no apps are showing in the start menu. I know the applications still exist on my machine as I use Firefox and Microsoft Word and Outlook plus many more apps but they aren't showing up at all. I am also under a local account instead of my Microsoft account and both have this problem.

Dec 25, 2015I noticed the installation dates of about 12 programs and drivers have been changed to 24/12/15 in Control Panel / Programs & Features (see screen shot). I haven't made any changes and Reliability Monitor does not show any automatic updates. The programs still work.

Jan 3, 2016I switched my microsoft account to a local account and now my laptop cannot start applications I have installed, such as Chrome and WoW. I tried switching back to a microsoft account and this did not resolve the problem.
I can see the installed programs in Programs & Features, but they cannot be uninstalled.
The shortcuts that were created for these programs say they cannot find the file location.
While I could just go ahead and reinstalled, this will be a problem for ones like Wow, and its a brand new laptop which I intended to keep as organized as I could :P not a great start.
