I have multiple small scroll bars on my screen whenever I am done scrolling on a page. If I hover over the scroll bars with the mouse, the 'busy' windows thingy spins around. All my drivers say they are up to date. Picture attached.

I have been dealing with a problem ever since I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 two weeks ago. Some applications open with very large fonts and the windows do not have scroll bars to show the full text. I have attached a few screenshots so you can see what I'm talking about. My resolution is set to 1920x1080 on all three of my monitors and i have not messed with and DPI setting in Display Settings.

View 1 RepliesI upgraded to Windows 10. The entire screen shows up in about 75% of my monitor with the rest black. It's not that the fonts are too small, it's just that it makes my monitor look a lot smaller and I cannot seem to get it to fill up the entire monitor like Windows 8.
View 1 RepliesI recently updated from windows 7 to windows 10 and there is one problem. The side of the monitor will have black bars if the resolution is bellow 1920x1080 on desktop and games. I tried to reinstall the driver and it didnt work. My driver is also the lastest too.

Just as the description states; I am using a Mac-style dock at the bottom of my WinX desktop and therefore have my taskbar located at the top of the screen. I am having an irritating issue from time-to-time, with the title-bars of some programs (or 'apps', as they seem to call them these days...) opening BENEATH the taskbar, making it impossible to get to the minimize, resize, and close buttons without first moving the taskbar to the right or left side of the screen, then moving or resizing the app window to access the buttons, and then moving the taskbar back to the top of the screen.
I am assuming the old XP "Keep Taskbar On Top Of Windows" would work, however some dufus-executive at Msoft apparently somewhere along the way determined this is no longer an attribute that anybody needs, probably since HE doesn't use it, and I cannot find the option anywhere. There used to be a tutorial over at 'Seven Forums' [URL] .... on how to reactivate it, but the link is now dead.
They changed mouse scroll to scroll next/previous instead of zoom. I use a Logitech mouse with Setpoint installed and because of Setpoint smooth scroll, it scrolls through several photos on one scroll. Turning smooth scroll off, it doesn't always scroll next when the mousewheel "clicks". Another thing with my Logitech mouse is that I can't use the forward/backward buttons. They function as left click. Double click any and it zooms in. I can't change Setpoint settings per app because Photos isn't really a typical exe app like Notepad.
The last thing is that it seems to sharpen the photos even when I turned auto adjustments off. Compare Photos to Firefox and even Windows Photo Gallery and you'll see.So far, Windows Photo Gallery seems like a good alternative, except it doesn't play gifs (unless you click next frame really fast).
For the last 3 weeks anytime I "restart" my hp 32 bit pc it takes 6 minutes and all the while the screen is black with a small blinking light in the upper left corner everything is fine after it finally restarts and if I shut it down and start it back it starts normally and in the morning when I first start it up it starts normally it just happens any time I restart it for any reason.

View 4 RepliesI am running Windows 10 Home 64-bit. I have an Intel HD Graphics card and a NVIDIA GeForce GT 735M. I have had an issue for a couple of months when viewing videos or footage from my built-in camera. Half of the screen appears fine, but the other half is filled with horizontal blurring bars. This happens with a lot of videos, but some appear okay. The attached image is an example from today on YouTube.

View 13 RepliesRecently I have wired to screens up as dual screens, they were working fine at day 1 but after the left screen (main monitor) has started turning itself off completely.
As soon as I boot, the screen goes black and I am greeted with the screen startup logo, then "no signal detected" Windows will only pick up the one screen (right monitor) until I restart the screen from the plug. My main monitor is connected via HDMI from the GPU into the screen, and the other DVI to HDMI adapter, again from the GPU, The weird thing is no matter what I try, it will always be the left screen, I have tried:
Swapping the screen over with another
Changing plug sockets,
System Refresh
Swapping screen power supplies
installing drivers
swapping HDMI cables
I can only assume it's something to do with Windows, but what is it?
I just updated my display driver to the latest from Nvidia. Now the left half of the display is darker than the right half. I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling, but the problem remains.
The driver is Nvidia 355.60 WHQL , and yes my display card in on the list of supported cards. This is the driver for Windows 10 64 bit and my Nvidia GTS 450.
I have never seen this issue before and I don't know if it is Windows 10 or the Nvidia driver causing the problem.
I have an HP Envy that I just updated to Windows 10. Now my cursor keeps jumping to the upper left corner of my screen. I have tried using different USB mice and a different browser, but the problem exists all the time.

View 7 RepliesMy Screen is displaying off center to the right just a little. I only found one other mention of this on another forum with no solution. There is a black strip on the left hand side of my screen. The other post was on a MS forum they theorized it had to do with the Intel HD device driver. I did not have this problem with Windows7. Hope the graphic card I have coming will fix this.
View 6 RepliesI updated to 10 and fount that the slider bars on the touch pad don't work. The system doesn't have a mouse which it knows and shows a touch pad there and working but the sliders do not work.
