I got the windows 10 app, i completed the reservation, the download started (my internet speed is 54 kbps) so it took quite a while to finish. now the 3rd part that is upgrade..it also says available.So i click on OK, Lets Continue.. a blue circular thing comes and after sometime it says something went wrong, Please try later...
View 2 Replies I bought a Dell inspiron I15RV laptop 2 years ago. It had windows 8, i upgraded to windows 8.1. The store was working fine. I was able to download apps and games. But unfortunately, few months ago my store stopped working. I tried almost everything but reset the computer. I did the wsreset.exe, sfc /scannow, restart the pc, etc but those didn't fix the issue. Even when I went to microsoft forums, the webpage does not load properly.
I thought upgrading to Windows 10 home might fix the issue. So I upgraded. But still, the issue is persisting and I'm unable to download apps and games from windows app store. And also the microsoft forum pages don't load properly. I am attaching some screenshots ..... One more thing, I have waited like 3 hours and it is still showing 0.0 mb downloaded in the app store.

I've tried drivers from motherboard manufacturer CD, website and intel and some autodetect driver software. I always get the same behavior:
The screen start blinking several time ( black screen) before showing the BSOD then reboot and repeat it self. Even the driver downloaded by windows update have the same impact.
I've managed to install it in safe mode but when i restart in normal mode i get the same behavior.
I've tried 2 different monitors, VGA and HDMI , tried with UEFI on/off => same result.
I've tweaked once the tdr delay to 8 second, but didn't work.

I'm having an issue where I'm unable to download/update any apps from the windows 10 store (on the Minix Z64 mini PC). I have tried everything which has been suggested in various other forums (including Microsoft's). The error code displayed is 0x803f7000
I have tried the following with no success:
- Checking date/time/region (all correct)
- Reset the windows store with WSRESET.EXE (multiple times)
- Ran the windows 10 store troubleshooter app
- Synced the internet time server
When using windows update for Windows 10 the update will find updates but will not completely download or install. Version 1511 does not show up to download either. I have been on original version of Win 10 for several months.

I recently bought a HP Envy 17t with Windows 10 64 Bit on it. The first thing I did was to check if any updates were available, there were, and I downloaded and installed them. I checked again about 10 after that (about 2 weeks after getting the laptop). Since then however I can't install any upgrades. I start the download/install process, then leave. When I get back a couple of hours later, I see an error message saying that the MS servers could not be reached.
I don't know what's going on here. I haven't been able to download and install any Windows or MS Office upgrades in over 4 weeks.
I've run the troubleshooter, but still my nicely functioning Windows 10 has one kink -- daily updates download, but then during the required restart, the installation fails and the update is not operational. The restarts take forever, sometimes rolling through the restart process 3 times, before the failure message appears. Win 10 and the computer continue to function well, but without the daily updates, that won't last.
View 3 RepliesToday I tried to install a game from the Windows store and it wont download. I noticed that there were 4 apps trying to update as well, but none of them were moving. When I tried to pause or cancel them, the store would freeze. I restarted my computer which allowed me to pause and cancel, but the apps still down download. Even if its just one at a time. Is it a bug? Is there a workaround?

View 1 RepliesI have my settings configured to automatically download and install Windows updates, yet every single day I have to manually check for updates and there are always updates found, which then proceed to be installed. Why is this? By very definition, shouldn't "automatic updates" mean that nothing should be found when manually checking for them? Yet this is a daily occurrence.

It downloads but when I try to access, I get an error message that says the web page cannot be found. I have been told that Firefox will not allow install due to incompatibility issue. I tried enabling it through Programs and Features, I tried enabling and installing through DISM, I tried SFC /scannow. Everything is failing. Mostly I get error code 0x800736B3 saying that "The referenced assembly is not installed on your system". Sometimes I get Error 14003. I obviously need .NET due to many apps needing it to run. This is a brand new system. What can I try?

Got a sabertooth z77 with two ssd on raid 0 (intel) another hard drive for backups (Regular sata) and another storage card (pciexpress sas highpoint 2720, with raid 5)
Windows 10 doesnt seem to like this.
Even booting the dvd itself its a drag and hr wont recognize the raid 0 not even with drivers (driver load will cause a watchdog blue screen)
Windows 7 and 8 dont mind. At all.
I feel like the csm thingy might have something to do.
Bios is latest. Sas raid is for storage only. Ill search for the manual of the board as the printed one doesnt have the options i got on the screen
My Windows 10 is having major problems. So many that I would rather just remove the entire thing. I found a website that said you can revert to your previous OS in settings, but my problem is I cannot even get there. The entire task bar and start menu are not working, although I can see them. I saw in another post that Windows Logo Key + I opens up settings, but my Windows Logo Key doesn't do anything.
I also cannot click on the notification icon to open up the settings. The few things I can do: double click on desktop icons to open them, right-click on desktop, and Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Task Manager freezes when I open it (Ctrl + Shift + Esc). How can I remove Windows 10 given these constraints? Also, the time on the taskbar is also not changing from when I turned the computer on.
After several restarts the windows button started working, so I took the opportunity to remove Windows 10.
New to 10 and unable to install Samsung printer ML1210. printer remains offline but shows samsung universal printer driver installed. I understand this is a recognised problem

this enables the admin login and I am able to install without issue, but select for all users.
