I know I can go to My Library and see every app I've ever downloaded but that's not useful, I've downloaded three times as many apps as I've kept. I want an update history list like the W8 mobile store has.

I noticed this morning, when I was trying to correlate a problem I was having with Quicken, that my update history is missing from Settings. View your Update History. I realize that I can see it in Control Panel Programs. Programs and Features Installed Updates but I am curious if there is a way that I can bring this info back to Settings.
View 3 RepliesI got updated last night. I can't find my update history. I used to be able to in Win 7. In Win 10 I don't know what to click on. A notification appeared at the lower right corner of the screen and then disappeared after about two seconds. The Notification area says No Notifications.

View 2 RepliesA cumulative update came through and didn't install correctly. The Settings app Update history keeps saying it needs a restart to install correctly.
Reinstalled, no change. I uninstalled the update and Windows Update reapplied it successfully. Now the Update history says two entries for the same update, one that it installed successfully and the previous one is still there saying it needs a restart to finish installing.
Any way to clean up the reporting of the app?
I've disabled automatic updates (drivers, Win updates) by making changes to Win 10. Now every entry in Update History is listed as a failed update. Of course, no update has failed; I don't want to install them yet. Is there a way to delete failed update entries?

Then I clicked on the download icon in the top right and it showed a lot of downloads pending and a few were "Downloading" it said how big the install was and the progress. 0.0MB even after waiting it didn't go up a bit.
The situation:
I have an Ethernet connection directly to my router. I use windows 10 64 Bit version Home. I live in the Netherlands but in order to use Cortana changed Region to United states.
I have tried changing it back to Netherlands seeing if that would change anything but it didn't.
I have left the store running for a few hours now. Still nothing but I did get a message with a few apps "Give us a few minutes"
And when I click see details it shows an error code 0x8024001e
I just installed Windows 10 and im getting this error 0x80073D02, when i open up the store i see the Store app updating and as soon as it starts downloading the update it says Error, try again. The error code is 0x80073D02, in case you need it.
View 4 RepliesI am trying to open Windows Update under Settings and it will not load. It's just a blank page where Windows Update usually is. Also, under Settings and Windows Update I can't click on Windows Defender, Backup, Recovery, Activation, or Fore Developers.
Also, I have tried to open the Windows Store and the wheel keeps spinning. That's all it will do.
I can't make a screenshot because I can't get the screenshot to paste in paint.
So basically, the problem is that I can't open anything except for Microsoft Edge which is what I am now because the Windows 10 applications are not working properly.
I'm aware that automatic updates via windows update cannot be disabled in windows 10 Home - does that apply to the store also.
In my Surface 3 (updated to win 10) the option to disable store updates automatically is greyed out with a message to contact my administrator (which is me!)
(I also have another win10 VM running pro where the option is not greyed out)
I have to click on download to check available updates in the store and get ALL updates, then quickly click on pause so they all don't start downloading. Anyway I can keep certain ones from showing up to update (usually apps I don't use). There are some I want to update, but to weed through all updates is annoying.

It found an update for the actual store so I pressed to download. It went through it's thing and then closed the window automatically. I then tried to relaunch it but it just flashes for a mili second and refuses to open. What should I do?
I logged in with my wife's user id and it is launching ok from hers. It's my user id that is creating the problem! Trouble is I cannot start using a new id as everything is setup for mine.

I have a problem with a Windows 10 store on my desktop PC. This is not a phone.
I have the latest build 10240 with all of the updates installed. The last few updates installed over last night and then my Store app stopped working.

The thing was that when I tried to open the Store app this morning I've got a message: Before you can shop, we need to update the Store. I then pressed Update button and then It tries to update the Store app.
But then it just says Pending and it doesn't do anything for the whole day now. I think there must be some other applications waiting for an update and they all got stuck. How to open the store?
When I check for Windows apps updates in Store, PlayReady Blue keeps being notified to have an update. I perform the app update but the next day get the say request. Any thoughts? I believe this is related to DRM functionality, but what more specifically why it is present on my Windows 10 installation?

I'm having an issue where I'm unable to download/update any apps from the windows 10 store (on the Minix Z64 mini PC). I have tried everything which has been suggested in various other forums (including Microsoft's). The error code displayed is 0x803f7000
I have tried the following with no success:
- Checking date/time/region (all correct)
- Reset the windows store with WSRESET.EXE (multiple times)
- Ran the windows 10 store troubleshooter app
- Synced the internet time server
I cannot install anything from Windows Store. It will down load normally & then fail with error 80073DOA. Updates to Apps also fail to install with the same error. I have run wreset ( several times) but still no joy. Date & Time Zone are correct.
Windows Firewall must be enabled to allow the Store to Update & Install!
Found this by accident. I was running the Firewall that came with Norton Security. Why this is a requirement I don't know. Disabling the Norton Firewall was easy but there was no option to turn the windows Firewall back on as Norton had taken over so I went into Services & did it from there. All working fine now ))

Note: the error appears right after it shows acquiring license.
All Windows Store apps that I have fail when they are automatically updated. Here's what I just got in my event log.
Event ID 20 - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070002: OneNote.
When I go into the Store and look at the update it shows the update as having had a problem. I can click on the spinner icon which downloads and installs the app so all is not lost.
I don't have any other problems with Windows Update. Other than Store apps they all automatically install just fine. I've seen lots of various solutions for WU problems but I haven't found one specifically for Windows Store updates. I'm hesitant to try one of these solutions since WU works fine except for Store apps as I mentioned.
I have not seen my Store Apps update automatically over the past few months. Usually after a new build or especially after a clean install the Store Apps would update almost immediately. I have checked the Update Apps setting in the Store and Update Apps automatically has always been found to be set to On.
I recently done a clean install of Windows 10 Home 10586 which just updated to Windows 10 Home Preview 11082 yesterday. The Store shows 24 apps which have updates available and it has been this way for five or six days. How long should it take to automatically update theses apps? I have my WIFI set to metered. I wonder if this is causing Store apps not to update?
