When I searched it advised to open the FILE TAB, under printer CLICK PRINT OPTIONS, in the print dialog box select PRINT ATTACHED FILES BOX...
I only know of one file tab and I cannot access it from my email.

Apps :: Email Attachments Incoming Blank?
Jan 31, 2016Today in emails, when opening up links to documents, the document pages come up empty, without any words but with the lines, boxes and formatting and logo at top of page. What is being blocked here and what have I accidentally clicked on to disallow these to come through? Do I go into settings and look for something specific? I am in the dark here. Just happened today, fine yesterday. Windows 10, Gmail used.

Dec 16, 2015When I reply to an email, Mail keeps adding spurious PNG files to my messages. They definitely aren't there when I hit "send" or when they're in my outbox, but they are attached to the mail before the recipient gets it. Sometimes I see them in my "Sent" file, but not always; usually the recipient cannot open them and often I cannot do so either, but when I can open them they seem to show a graphic related to the business of the original sender of the mail that I am replying to (it doesn't happen if I start a new mail instead of replying to one)

Feb 10, 2016Upgraded both our Desktop & Laptop to Windows 10 in the past few months. Last week I tried to access some Outlook emails that were more than two years old, the attachments & emoticons do not appear. This is on both PC's & the same result using Edge, IE or Chrome.
I installed Windows Live Mail & now I can see all the attachments & emoticons. Forwarded some of the emails from Live Mail to myself & now in Outlook the attachments/emoticons all appear as well (all three browser Edge, IE & Chrome). So say for instance I have a 2 & 1/2 year old email in a Outlook folder that will not display attachments/emoticons but the very same email just forwarded from Live Mail to my Outlook inbox now displays all attachments & emoticons
Tried inspecting elements. See msgs regarding HTML, Java Script in Edge? Don't have either Java or Silverlight installed, guess the newer browsers are moving towards HTML.

Sep 28, 2015I have an earthlink.net (POP) email account. This is the name I used for my Microsoft or Outlook account. I linked Outlook.com to my earthlink account. Now I have added this one account (earthlink) to my (Android) phone and my Windows 10 tablet (Thinkpad 10).
First problem is that the default account that I use to sign into Windows is my earthlink address but it NEVER syncs in the email client. I had to add a separate (pop) account for it to even retrieve an email when sent.
Second, when I do receive an email it shows up on both my tablet and my phone... for a short time but then disappears but sometimes if phone is off or hasn't synced I don't even get an alert. Even deleted from within the Earthlink web mail.
All these emails sit untouched on the Outlook.com inbox which I'm not able to sync with either phone, tablet or desktop computer.
This had been going on before the upgrade to Windows 10 but now with the deletion its even worse since the upgrade.

I don't want that because others are going to be using it here at home.
I don't want any restrictions for accessing this pc.
How do I get rid of the requirement to enter my email password?
p.s. same thing happens when I restart or wake it up from sign out.... it asks for my password.
Outlook Showing Wrong Email Address In Title Bar
Aug 10, 2015When I look at "My accounts" in Outlook, it`s showing wrong e-mail address in the title. It shows my xxxx@gmail.com, but when I send mail from this account, it`s being sent from the right account xxx@outlook.com. I`m also signed in with my Outlook.com account on Windows.

Jan 6, 2016Any mail that I receive that contains an animated attachment shows as a still i.e. no movement at all. This is not a problem with Outlook mail.
Another problem is the inability to set up a group contact, which is important to me. Again there is no problem with Outlook.

Sep 14, 2015Right clicking Google Chrome on my taskbar in Windows 10 isn't showing up with any options such as Incognito mode or my recent/common tabs. I recently refreshed my PC after having issues with Windows 10, before refreshing right clicking chrome only gave me incognito, no recent tabs section. I lived with it since it didn't bother me too much but now that I've refreshed it's gotten worse by giving me less options. Right clicking chrome on my taskbar now only shows: Google Chrome, unpin, and close window. how I could fix this?

Aug 2, 2015I recently did the Windows 10 upgrade. Previously, my speakers worked fine. Now, they won't work at all. My monitor has speakers, and they do work when I select the monitor. However, Windows is telling me that my desktop speakers are not plugged in. That's not true of course - they are plugged in the same way they always were before, using the 3-colored jacks.
The speakers are basic Logitech speakers - two desktop speakers and a subwoofer. I found the devices on the Logitech support website, and checked for drivers. Logitech says these speakers have no drivers.
Search Results Aren't Quite Ready Yet
Dec 28, 2015if my language settings are USA, then search in Settings works.But if I change the display language to British English, I get the well-known "Search results aren't quite ready yet, but we're working on getting them together".Cortana search works (although I may be prompted to set language when changing language as above).
I have tried to find every case where language settings need to be changed to British English, and downloaded UK language packs and speech. Even when everything I can find is set to UK English, search in Settings fails.However, if I revert to US English, it works.I have read fixes about turning Cortana off and reinstalling apps - but this is usually where both Cortana isn't working and this message appears. This does not seem to apply in my case, and surely it should not be necessary to do that merely to support changing language.

Sep 6, 2015I upgraded to Win 10 a week ago and after a long updating session was well pleased with the OS - everything seemed to work normally and much faster than before.
However, a day after the last updates were installed (KB3081449 and KB3081448) my normal screen appeared with a boxed message ;
'Cortana and Start Menu aren't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in. Sign out now'.
Signing back in does not fix the problem. I cannot access the Start Menu or Search box. I still have my normal (Win 7 style) screen that luckily still has my shortcuts and I still have WiFi access. I have to shut down using the power button.
I don't know how to access the installed updates (There appears to be no access via Control Panel) and restore options only allow a 'revert to Win 7' - is there a Restore option available that takes you back a few days?
