Sep 6, 2015I have upgraded to windows 10 for a few weeks now and over the last couple of days it has stopped installing any windows updates, the error code that pops up is (error 0x80070643)
It's also stopping me from installing some other programs but not all.
I have tried restarting the computer, Nothing I've tried restarting wuauserv service, Nothing I've tried the troubleshooter for windows update, it says problems were found and they were fixed. I have also cleared the cache for update downloads from the following folder: C:WindowsSoftwareDistributionDownload
In the Windows update page it seems to take forever to install the updates and then throws out the following:

Aug 12, 2015Just found myself diggin' more and more in bugs and troubles in Windows 10. Now, when I'm looking for updates with Windows Update it shows me that the Updates cannot install and to check it out later, and then gives me an error code: 0x800705b4.
I don't know how to fix this, I have been looking for this error code in the gigant sea of the Internet but nothing. I'm growing tired of Windows 10 Mountains of Bugs. I know it's still not finish and it's never ever gonna be finish, but this is just too much, adding that I'm with the people who cannot download/update apps from the Store and cannot open the Mail/Calendar/OneNote apps.

Jan 22, 2016I bought new parts on 14th of Jan (i5 6600k, Asus Maximus VIII Gene, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4gb 3600 mHz). Swapped them with my old i5 760, Gigabyte motherboard and 8gb RAM.
The day after I installed my new components, Windows prompted me to activate Windows (apparently a new motherboard counts as a new computer thus a new license required). I ignored it, installed all the new drivers for my motherboard and CPU (Realtek worked fine BTW). 2 days later I couldn't stand the "Activate Windows" thingy at the bottom of my screen, so I decided so sacrifice my money to Microsoft to buy another license of Windows 8.1 Pro.
Installed Windows 8.1 Pro via USB (erased all data on SSD first) and upgraded to Win 10 from there.
So there I was on a clean Win 10. Used Ninite to install most common Apps, and went over to my motherboard's driver page over on ASUS's website. Downloaded the Realtek Audio Driver from there ((4.35) 6.0.1.7629), and tried to install it.
While I find the Realtek installer really outdated and janky, it normally works. The installer showed up and began extracting all sorts of files (mostly .dll files), the big blue window in the back popped up and after a while the message "InstallShield Wizard is installing..." popped up. It was then when I received the message: "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !! [Error Code : 0xE0000234".
So it's listed between Programs and Features, and I can also find it in the Device Manager, Under "Other Devices" as "Unknown Device". When I double click that the status reports:

Clicked "update driver", manually searched for the drivers in the extracted setup folder, didn't work.

Nov 10, 2015Recently I was notified that a driver installation failed. I went and checked it out, and it was a driver for HD 4600 graphics. My old system ran an i7-4790K, and when I upgraded to X99 I did not reimage my SSD.
Is there a way I can remove an update from Windows Update? The CPU I have has no iGPU, let alone HD 4600.

Aug 9, 2015When I try to upgrade Windows 8.1 with Bing tablet to Windows 10 in Windows update i get Error Code 8007003 in preparing to install phase.
When choosing try again it re downloads everything and same error appears.
I tried cleaning Windows Update files and running troubleshooter but it doesn't work.
If I try to upgrade from windows 10 home ISO will my activation be fine.

Nov 4, 2015After I uninstalled catalyst control centre (because I was having problems with it). When I restarted my mouse and keyboard weren't working. So I tried a ps2 kb and mouse and this worked. I went to device manager a looked at the USB devices, all of them had a yellow warning sign next to the devices. I checked each one and they all had error 39 (missing or corrupted drivers). I tried updating and uninstalling the devices with no avail. How can I fix this?

Jul 29, 2015I did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64 using the method that everyone knows about by now that was written up on various sites today i.e.:
Ran the Media Creation Tool and upgraded my copy of Window 8.1 Professional with Windows 10 Professional. Looked in Control Panel --> System and it said my copy of Windows was activated. Then I ran the Media Creation Tool again and downloaded the ISO. Burned ISO to DVD. Restarted computer, booted into Windows installer on DVD, customized the install by formatting drive, did a fresh install of Windows 10.
Now when I go into Control Panel --> System it says "Windows not activated". When I click on the Activate Windows icon and click the error details link I get the error code: 0xC004C003.
I should note that the Windows 8 OS came pre-installed on my laptop which I bought brand new. I don't think that matters?

Sep 12, 2015I cannot install anything from Windows Store. It will down load normally & then fail with error 80073DOA. Updates to Apps also fail to install with the same error. I have run wreset ( several times) but still no joy. Date & Time Zone are correct.
Windows Firewall must be enabled to allow the Store to Update & Install!
Found this by accident. I was running the Firewall that came with Norton Security. Why this is a requirement I don't know. Disabling the Norton Firewall was easy but there was no option to turn the windows Firewall back on as Norton had taken over so I went into Services & did it from there. All working fine now ))
Installation :: Blank Blue Screen - Update Failed With Error Details Code 8007002C
Sep 28, 2015I have been trying to download windows 10 on my laptop (windows 7). It does the download and looks like it is all downloading fine and it starts rebooting and then it goes to a blank blue screen and doesn't go off the screen. I have to turn my laptop off just to do something on it, it then restores my old version of windows and doesn't download windows 10.
I then check the update and it says "failed" with the error details "code 8007002C"
