First time to use the Store App today to install some apps after upgrade to Win 10 for 2 weeks. It is not working, The App open but nothing show up, it keeps displaying downloading sign. I have no way to upgrade or uninstall this App
View 1 RepliesAbout a week ago the calculator started opening and then closing instantly so I tried re-registering the windows apps following a guide which used the powershell and running a command. This unfortunately seems to have made the situation worse and I now get @Microsoft.windowsapps.calculator appearing when I search for the calculator in start and the store displays a white icon and does not open. I have attached screenshots of what happens below:

Running fresh install of Windows 10 with today's 1GB patch released this morning. So I go to the store and I am getting the same error message with anything I try to download...
Tried the past workarounds that were posted on the forums and I am getting no results.
I have windows 10 everytime i try to install a app from the windows store it keeps saying can,t validate licence the error code i get is 0x803f7003.
View 4 RepliesWhen i'm going to "Downloads" of the Store of Windows 10. All Updates are in progress. But nothing will be downloaded or anything else.
Also my Mail app won't even start anymore. It stucks on the blue screen bootup and never go further.
This is on my Surface Pro 3.
My store is playing up on the latest release. I have four pending updates, none of which will download, one of them is store itself, another is word mobile which is now not working and wont uninstall either. Any time I try to pause or cancel any of the downloads the app simply freezes and I have to close it and the same cycle repeats.

View 2 RepliesI have upgraded my laptop to win10 from win7. While I'm trying to download apps from store, they show downloading and finishes after downloading half of app size only. Facebook app downloaded only 14mb outta 54mb and working well. AOE castle siege downloading some and closes and app not opening. What should I do!
View 6 RepliesThe start button was working until there was a forced reboot (power failure). Then left click (normal click) over the start button does absolutely nothing. Right click brings up a menu but "programs" and also "settings" are missing and not included on this list. Search or Task View buttons do not work either with "normal" click.
View 6 RepliesI've got 6 different app updates that seem to be stuck in the pending/downloading step in the app store. These are mostly updates to MS apps like Mail/Calendar, Solitaire, Camera, OneNote and Get Office plus a major update to VLC.
There's no error messages, just no progress downloading after several hours. This has probably been an issue for days now considering when these updates were officially announced.
Windows 10 loaded OK and everything seemed to work OK. Few days later having tried to sign in I got a message that the start menu isn't working and they will try to fix it the next time I sign in.
Now I have to click the signing in icon to enable I can get to my programmes etc and to go online.
Every time I sign out keyboard stops working for no reason, I have to restart in order to make it work.
View 7 RepliesDownloaded Windows 10 over a month ago and it has been working fine since Today I installed the latest version of iTunes and since then I get the following:-
Critical Error - Start Menu and Cortana aren't working - We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in
There is then a box which says ''Sign out now''....
I do these and it goes back to the Critical error message. I seem to stuck in this loop...
Until yesterday everything was working fine. This night I shutdown my computer and this morning, when I started it up, I noticed the icons of my dekstop in the default location and with the default dimensions.
I repositioned them , I changed icon dimensions again but if I sign out/sign in , restart , shutdown/startup the computer , all my desktop icons go back to default position and default dimension.
My store app quit working and the windows repair tool said I need to download a new app but I can not find out where to find it to download it.
View 1 RepliesEarlier, I went onto the app store to download a new game, but there wasn't any install button. Additionally, those spinning dots just stayed on the page not going away, even when I went back to the main page. I restarted my computer, but to no avail. I logged out on the store, but now I get an error whenever I try to log back in.
EDIT: This happens for every app and game, not just the one I'm trying to download.
I've tried some commands and none have worked and have thought about reinstalling. Should I or is there a better fix for this?

Also created a new user too. That account also have the same issue.I do have an image of the drive. Can i copy some thing from it to fix the problem?
Windows store is not working. It displays that server has stumbled and shows Error No 0x80072efd.
View 1 RepliesFor no apparent reason whatsoever, the Windows 10 Store is not working on my PC.
I'm running the normal, up-to-date version of Windows 10 Home on my Dell XPS 12, upgraded from Windows 8.1 via the normal upgrade route.
The app is visible, but when I click on it nothing happens. Not having the Store obviously means I cannot update any apps, let alone install new ones.
I don't have a system restore point (stupid from my side - I know), so I'm not sure what to do. I wanted to do a Windows "refresh", but it seems I don't have that option - it seems I can only "restore" and loose all apps and settings (but keep files at least).
After downloading Windows 10, thing worked well for a few weeks. After trying to download "Windows Essentials", my entire system has been in disarray. I went back to a previous version of Windows 10 before the corruption, but now NONE of my native Windows10 apps will open. I receive the following error: "There's a problem with (whichever app). View 5 RepliesI upgraded my win 7 to 10 like a month ago, and since then I have a strange problems on my (desktop) computer.
Firstly I noticed the problem with user accounts: I have 3 user accounts, and from time to time everything disappear from my desktop (icons and stuff) and seems like just rebooting works. Then I noticed that I can't view any images, as windows default "Photos" app suddenly stopped working, so my primary photo view app is automatically changed to "TWINUI" - whatever that is. And I can't change it, as the only option I can see is paint o.0 Then I wanted to go to store and see if I can get some other app for this, but now I can't even enter the store - it just doesn't responding at all, no errors, no nothing.
I have a latest win 10 build - and I'm updating it regularly .
Woke up this morning to windows store app when i open it just doing a circle thing, and windows mail will open but wont let me do anything, what is going on, beginning to think windows 10 was a big mistake.

View 9 RepliesTI had a problem with Windows store not working or edge not launching on my PC etc etc what is the best method to try and fix without draconian measures? if something went wrong I would want to try and restore functionality with as little requirement to go back and re install stuff as possible. I'd look to a measure that leaves user accounts intact and things like iTunes, steam, all my games, game clients, office 2016 all still installed and not removed. To lose all of that just to try and get the store or edge back and running seems too severe. It would take many, many hours perhaps days to get back to where I was. Especially would be nervous about iTunes which with its connection to iCloud music library would be disastrous to unsettle. I have my boot SSD drive and a larger secondary mechanical hard drive. All my software is installed across both locations although the steam library resides on the secondary given the colossal game install sizes we have nowadays.
