I installed Windows 10 on my HP 15044NR laptop (2013) model that came originally with Windows 8.1. I get the image at the bottom of the screen whenever it has to be restarted. I have a 32 bit PC. I can only use it if I reinstall Windows 10.
View 14 RepliesI upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 and then I realized that all my files stayed which I didn't want all my files so I did a factory reset on my windows 10 upgraded PC and it has been stuck at 61% for about 8-9 hours. The circle loading is still moving but the percentage is stuck at 61. I am worried to turn off my PC in case of it being ruined.
View 1 RepliesYesterday, after getting infected with malware, I decided to freshly reinstall windows 10 on my computer. However, after reinstalling it, I noticed that my bootup was very slow. During the windows logo part of the bootup, the screen flashes once, and the loading circle of dots becomes slow and low quality. Afterwards, the screen turns black for ~40 seconds, and then I get to the login screen.. And sometimes, I get that issue after logging in.

I started my computer and came back to find a BSOD. It displayed an error code and mentioned something about a driver error. I waited until the loading reached 100%, but it didn't restart on its own so i shut the computer down manually by holding the power button on my case. Then it booted up, but it got stuck on the spinning circle of dots. I have been able to press CTRL+ALT+DEL while at the spinning circle which bring me to the login screen but without the box to enter my pin, however, I am able to access the network, ease of access and power options. I have tried restarting, shutting down, and holding shift while restarting in an effort to boot with safe mode but none have gotten me farther than the spinning circle. View 3 RepliesI am working on the Co-owner of my place of employment. Today when doing some maintenance on her Lenovo x1 carbon it upgraded to the Win 10 pro from home on it's own, once this completed and restarted it will boot up to where I can access the bios or recovery, but the normal boot just displays a black screen with the curser and circle blinking. Unfortunately the bitlocker has been enabled and she does't have the recovery key so booting to safemode or even resetting isn't an option. I can access the command line through recovery but have no access to the c: since it is locked. I have run FRST64 and comeback with the common things like C:windowssystem32winlog.exe is missing..

It won't go pass the black screen with the blinking dash. I don't want to do a fresh install. I got all my important files in this computer.
View 1 RepliesI upgraded to Win 10 on Friday, and since, despite several resetting PC attempts, Win 10 will not load to the login screen. Instead, it is stuck on a loop flashing between the lock screen and a gray loading screen quickly back to the lock screen -- instead of loading to the login screen. This only happens when I attempt to restart or update my PC. If I go to the lock screen because I locked my PC or it fell asleep, I can unlock it. I have also attempted to reset my PC to the previous build, to no avail. I have no restore points.

it was time to format and clean install Windows 10 on my PC.
After I deleted my SSD in partition manager (in the windows 10 installation process) and create all new partition for my new install, I installed my windows 10 x64 Home edition and when everything is installed and computer automaticly restarts it won't go further than loading screen... I was waiting for 20+ minutes and nothing (i have good enought pc that I should not wait that much..)
I tried 2-3 clean installes after that and nothing changed (process of installation is normal but when it comes to loading screen after automatic restart - it s(t)ucks..)
When I try to make automatic repair or something like that it says somethink like this partition is locked and it can be done ..

I recently upgraded my computer from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and have noticed some issues:
Whenever I stop moving the mouse, the little blue loading circle keeps blinking. Now I don't exactly if it's causing any problems but I'm sure it wasn't doing that before I upgraded and I think it may be related to this second issue:
My touchpad no longer scrolls with two fingers. Now it only scrolls via touching the right side of the pad and dragging my finger up or down. No two finger gestures work anymore.
There seems to be a new driver called Elantech and I've found a settings menu for it but the gesture controls say they're turned on even though they don't work.

I just want to create my own Win10 here, but when I setup the VMs, and running it, It wasn't go well, It froze!
I have tried add the size to 21GB, using UEFI, and deleting the EFI folder, but still not working
I have this constant loading going on somewhere in my computer. it interferes with my games or if I put anything to full screen it automatically pulls it out of full screen and minimizes it. It also interferes with my typing. If I'm trying to type in an address to go to a website the flashing loading will make it so I have to keep clicking in the address bar to finish typing out the address. auto saved usernames are also an issue. where I'll type the first three letters of my username. It will pull up then immediately disappear. I have to be really fast to click it or result to the constant clicking of the username bar to put my username in.
Also an issue with right clicking anything. the right click "open, delete, new folder, etc" will come up and before I can move to click what I want it disappears. I restarted my computer and it went away once. I thought the issue was resolved and paid no attention to it. I then turned my computer off and back on after a virus scan and the problem persists again. I tried turning the computer off and on again but again the problem continues. how I can find whats constantly loading/causing the flashing loading icon next to my mouse?
I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 and noticed that sometmes when I click with the right button on desktop or somewhere else, a white background appears for a split second before the menu loads. It actually happens frequently.
I recorded the problem. Watch in 0.25x or 0.5x playback to see it clearly: [URL] ....
Sometimes it loads just fine, sometimes not.
My graphics card is GeForce GTX 650 Ti. I've tried to reinstall drivers, but it didn't solve the problem.
Downloaded and installed 10 successfully, but when I try to open Chrome, I get a blank page with the spinning circle that says "loading". Tried to contact Microsoft customer support and was on hold for more than an hour.
The only reason I am able to post here is that I un-installed it and I'm back to Windows 7.

So I recently upgraded to windows 10, the Installion performed successfully, I selected my account and chose the express settings, after this I was presented a green screen with a series of dots spinning, I let this run for well over two hours in which nothing had changed, after waiting I did a hard shutdown.
When loading up it gave me a blue screen where I had some options to choose my os, where I selected windows 10, the screen then went black with the windows logo, then the green screen returned, I then went to bed and upon waking up it was still stuck on that green screen.
I tried clicking, escape, when pressing Ctrl alt del I was presented a navy blue screen with a few options, network status, ease of access and shutdown options. I've done multiple restarts, on the blue screen where you select os i have tried safe mode and now I am attempting to restore previous build.

i uploaded windows 10 and it was doing fine for a day or two, then it started updates, stuck at 75% with the update circle continually turning. Only thing it will let me do is restart with ctrl alt del command. Other than that it's just a screen with the update circle.
View 4 RepliesI currently have Win10 32bit. I made a bootable USB and DVD to upgrade to the 64bit version, both yield the same results. Each time I try to perform a clean install, it just hangs at the blue windows logo, no spinning circle just the logo. I let it sit for about 4 hours and nothing changes. I've tried many methods but none seem to work.

I accidentally (not really) changed the string "ICoreWindowComponentInterop" on Windows.UI.dll file. PC is stuck on the loading screen and I'm desesperate.
View 1 RepliesThis happens only in file explorer. If i press right click, no matter if on a specific file/folder or just on the blank space, it will stuck on the round circle load. And it will never show up the menu, the only way to end it is to force close the explorer. Instead, if I do the same on the desktop, for example, it works perfectly.
View 1 RepliesI upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1 through Microsoft's updater. I used Windows 10 for web browsing and then after my use, I shut the computer down. After my first reboot, OS crashed several times and sent me to the recovery page.
Steps I took:
1. Reset system (keep files)
-> Failed
2. Restore
-> Failed
System reboots with a black screen and a mouse pointer. Few minutes later, I see a blue screen with a circular loading animation icon. I gave it few hours before force shutdown (I also left the system running overnight. No progress). Every single recovery option did not work, and I could not find any solutions online.
What I do have:
Linux Mint (as dual boot).
Can access Windows 10 drive from Mint.
It seems like the only solution I see is to clean install Windows 10 after backing up my files.
I put window 10 on my dell XPS-420 I sign in it goes to my home page and the screen keep on flashing i can not do anything the arrow that the mouse move there's a blue circle that keeps on going and when it stop the screen stop flashing too it last 10sec then it start to flashing again with the blue circle keep turning like it up date something well it 2 days and the same thing the pc on for 2 days too ...
